David is an experienced Chief Executive who over a career spanning more than 30 years has led a number of B2B businesses, driving growth and profitability in businesses providing mission critical, complex solutions to demanding clients. David has successfully turned around a number of underperforming businesses, restructuring complex operations and generating substantial top-line growth through systematic business development.

David’s focus has been on large, complex, asset-intensive outsourcing solutions for demanding multinational clients. His experience extends beyond the UK to the Middle East and Asia – where he has most recently been developing opportunities for large-scale outsourcing of complex government operated activities.

David was the Chief Executive of Lex Transfleet, the successful JV between the RAC PLC and Lombard (RBS), between 1993 and 2004 and was instrumental in the PE backed Management Buy-out and subsequent listing of AssetCo PLC as its Managing Director between 2005 and 2008.
